Dave Watson joined Redwood in 2011 and oversees Redwood’s investment activities. Dave joined Redwood from Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he worked in the Investment Banking Division, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, equity raises and anti-raid strategies. Prior to Goldman, Dave worked in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey.
David received a B.S. degree from Miami University with a major in Finance and a minor in Management Information Systems. He is a CFA charterholder.
Managing Director, Corporate Affairs
Adam Kane joined Redwood in 2019 and is responsible for Corporate Affairs, including government and regulatory functions. Adam was previously serving as a Senior Vice Present at one of Redwood’s portfolio companies responsible for government relations and regulatory affairs in the health care and real estate space.
Adam received a M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, and a M.A. from the University of Maryland.

Kevin Loden joined Redwood in 2014 and is a member of Redwood’s investment team. In addition, Kevin oversees Redwood’s legal function. Kevin joined Redwood from Venable LLP, a Washington DC based law firm, where he worked in the Corporate group advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, and equity raises.
Kevin received a B.A. degree from Mary Washington College and a J.D. from University of Baltimore School of Law where he was an editor of the Law Review.
Ryan Mostrom joined Redwood in 2016 and is a member of Redwood’s investment team. Ryan joined Redwood from Long Pond Capital, a long / short equity hedge fund, where he was responsible for sourcing and evaluating equity investments in a broad range of industries. Ryan previously worked at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a global private equity firm. He began his career in the Investment Banking Division at Citigroup.
Ryan received his B.S.C. with distinction from the University of Virginia, with a major in finance and a minor in mathematics. He is a CFA charterholder.
Patrick Sissman joined Redwood in 2016 and is a member of Redwood’s investment team. Prior to Redwood, Patrick worked at Berkshire Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm, where he was responsible for evaluating investment opportunities and assisting in portfolio company management across a range of industries. Patrick began his career in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman, Sachs & Co.
Patrick received a B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Ivan Lee joined Redwood in 2017 and is a member of Redwood’s investment team. Ivan joined Redwood from Macquarie, where he worked in the Corporate and Asset Finance group and was responsible for evaluating debt and equity investments across a range of industries. Ivan previously worked in the investment banking division at J.P. Morgan.
Ivan received B.B.A. and Master of Accounting degrees from The College of William & Mary.
Lauren DeMarzo joined Redwood in 2018 and is a member of Redwood’s investment team. Prior to Redwood, Lauren worked at Ares Management, L.P., a global alternative asset management firm, where she was responsible for performing valuation analyses and assisting in portfolio company management across a range of industries. Lauren began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where she worked in both the Assurance and Transaction Advisory Divisions focusing primarily on private equity and real estate clients.
Lauren earned dual B.S. degrees in Accounting and Finance and an M.S. degree in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University. She is an active Certified Public Accountant.
Deputy General Counsel
Charlie Campisi joined Redwood in 2014. His responsibilities include corporate governance for Redwood and its portfolio companies and managing legal aspects of the firm’s investment operations.
Charlie joined Redwood from Maxim Healthcare Services, where he was responsible over a wide range of legal matters including acquisitions and divestitures, corporate contracts, licensing and litigation. Prior to Maxim, Charlie practiced at Venable LLP, a Washington DC based law firm. Charlie began his career as a credit analyst and relationship manager for Barclays Bank of New York.
Charlie received his law degree from The George Washington University and received BS degrees in Economics and Marketing from Boston College. Charlie is a member in good standing of the Maryland Bar.
Sarah Walsh joined Redwood in 2014. Sarah oversees Redwood’s financial reporting as well as assisting in due diligence and analysis for the firm’s investment operations. Sarah joined Redwood from Allegis Group, Inc., where she was in the Mergers and Acquisitions group and was responsible for performing due diligence and valuation analyses on potential acquisitions. Prior to Allegis, Sarah was a Senior Associate in Assurance Services at Ernst & Young, LLP serving primarily private equity, healthcare and technology clients.
Sarah earned dual B.S. degrees in Accounting and Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and is an active Certified Public Accountant.
Hailey Aranowicz joined Redwood in 2018 and is a member of Redwood’s accounting team. Prior to Redwood, Hailey was a Senior Associate in Assurance Services at Ernst & Young, LLP serving primarily private equity, manufacturing and healthcare clients.
Mike Mullen serves as a Senior Advisor to Redwood. Mike has over 30 years of experience in industrial and commercial real estate. Mike is a founder of and previously served as CEO of Centerpoint Properties, a publicly-traded industrial real estate development firm which was acquired by CalPERS. He has served on numerous boards of directors in the US, Brazil and the Middle East. Mike is currently serving as Chairman and Interim CEO of Redwood portfolio company Tradepoint Atlantic.
Frank Roach serves as a Senior Advisor to Redwood. Frank most recently served as CEO of Ferguson, the largest U.S. distributor of Commercial and Residential plumbing supplies and waterworks. Frank has extensive wholesale distribution and M&A experience, having spent over 40 years at Ferguson in various capacities. He has served on numerous company boards and is involved in several philanthropic and educational organizations throughout Virginia. Frank is currently serving as Chairman of Thompson Gas, a Redwood portfolio company.
